GENERAL QUESTIONS.

I have not received the item bought in world.

• Use the Redelivery Terminals in our store. The are located near the vendors and at the landing point.In addiction, send an IM with ALL THE TRASLATION DETAILS (something like "i purchased a house but i don't received it" will be not considered) to receive your item manually.

I bought a wrong item. Can I have a replacement with a different object?

• Due company policy, we can not make substitutions. This is because the permissions: since the houses are no transf you can not give us back the wrong purchase. Same thing with full perm items because they are copy.

I have not received the item I bought on the MarketPlace.

• This can happens on the Markeplace. Unfortunately the seller has no way of knowing the non-delivery, but you can send an IM with ALL THE TRASLATION DETAILS (something like "i purchased a house but i don't received it" will be not considered) to receive your item in world.
  NOTE: due the new Marketplace delivery system, items are delivered in your "RECEIVED ITEMS" folder.

How i can get an update?

• Updates are automatic. Until you have the original package in your inventory, update will be sent automatically at regular intervals of time until you accept the new version and delete the old one from your inventory.

Can I get the textures or the scripts of the house?

• No, we don't provide scripts and textures of our houses.

Can i export your items in other grid?

• No, you can't. Our items are licensed to be used in Second Life only.

You make custionizations of your houses?

• No, we don't provide any customizations and don't accept custom works.

REZZING ISSUES.

My house is not rezzed properly.

• This is because part of the house is rezzed out of your property lines. Keep in mind that the simulator (so your property lines) ends to 0 meters on the ground and to 4000 on the sky. Just move the rez-faux (up/down/left/right) until whole house will be inside your plot to solve this issue. In the "videotutorials" page there's an usefull video HOW TO SETUP that explain you how to setup the house on the ground and in the sky.

Some parts of the house disappeared.

• Pieces can not disappear by themselves.
  If some pieces of your house disappear, is because:
  - you deleted them for mistake;
  - part of the house is out of your property lines, then the linkset is returned by autoreturn of nearby land;
  - region has performance issues. In this case, you have to restart it.

I have not "derez" button in the rez-faux menu.

• This is because you saved the house. When you use "save", rez faux scripts are deleted and you are no longer able to derez the house. The only way to remove it is piece by piece.

I am unable to rez inside my house.

• This could happen with mesh.There is a current bug that is causing some issues with rezzing on top of mesh. You should be able to view it HERE
  Rez your item a few meters away or on a different surface (i.e. a tavle, a rug), then move in your favorite spot.

HOUSE CONTROLLER.
First of all, you must determine if your house is working with A.E. System or with reVolution.
To know this, click your House Controller and in the popup look if is named A.E. House Control System or reVolution.

A.E. SYSTEM.

How can I allow someone to manage the Controller?

• Click the House Controller, choose OPTIONS->MANAGER->ADD and write in local chat the name of the avatar you want to add (be sure to stay near the House Controller when you write the name).
  Keep in mind the system is case sensitive! John Gray is not the same of john grey.
  For new avatars (without surname) you have to add "Resident" as surname (example: John Resident).

When I have to use the relay?

• You have to use the relay when the land is group owned. Without relay, security and radio can't work.
  You can find the relay in the package of the house. Rez it near the Remote Panel (10 meters max.), right click on it -> edit button, and in General Tab click on the "deed" button. Keep in mind that "deed" is not the same of "share with group". If the Deed button appears grey (you cannot click it) you need to contact your landowner to receive the permission to deed objects with the group, otherwise radio and security will not work in your land. You can be sure that relay is deeded when, editing it, in General Tab the relay owner is "(group owned)".

Radio doesn't works.

• As well as Security, also for Radio you need permission on your land.
  It works with the same Relay you use for Security, the relay allows you to use Radio when you're not the owner of the land. When land is group owned you MUST use the relay. Rez it near the Remote Panel (10 meters max.), right click on it -> edit button, and in General Tab click on the "deed" button. Keep in mind that "deed" is not the same of "share with group". If the Deed button appears grey (you cannot click it) you need to contact your landowner to receive the permission to deed objects with the group. You can be sure that relay is deeded when, editing it, in General Tab the relay owner is "(group owned)".
  After deeding the Relay, click on the Remote Panel, click "radio" button, and choose one of the presetted stations. Keep in mind that not all radio stations transmit 24/24 hours.
  You can add new stations just clicking "add stations" button and follow the easy istructions that are given to you by blue popup menu.

Security doesn't works.

• First of all, be sure to have permission to use security on your land. Inside the house package you received you can find an object named "relay". The relay allows you to use security when you're not the owner of the land. When land is group owned you MUST use relay. Rez it near the Remote Panel (10 meters max.), right click on it -> edit button, and in General Tab click on the "deed" button. Keep in mind that "deed" is not the same of "share with group". If the Deed button appears grey (you cannot click it) you need to contact your landowner to receive the permission to deed object with group, otherwise radio, security and TV don't work in your land. You can be sure that relay is deeded when, editing it, in General Tab the relay owner is "(group owned)".
  After deeding the relay, click on the Remote Panel and click the "Security" button. You'll have a submenu, click "Options" button and then "Scanrange". Set the range you want to work your security (depends of sqm of your land). Click on the Remote Panel and set security on "On". Now security is armed and ejects every avatar except you. To add people in your White List (people included in this list will be not ejected even if security is armed) click on the Remote Panel, click "White List" button, click "add name" button, and type in local chat the name of the avatar you want to add in the White List. Keep in mind that system is case sensitive, so be sure to write the correct name (i.e. Novocaine Islay is not the same as novocaine islay).
  Also, try the OML: click the house controller, choose SECURITY->OPTIONS->OML.
  For new user without surname you have to add "resident" (example: John Resident).

Teleports don't work.

• By default, teleports are setted on OFF. Click on the Remote Panel, click "teleport" button, and set it on "ON".

How can I allow someone to manage the controller?

• click the Controller, choose: CONFIG->MANAGE LIST-> OFFICER->ADD. Now you can choose an avatar from the list (this happens only if the avatar you want to add is near the controller) or write in local chat the name of the avatar you want to add as officer. Teleports work for me only.

• You have to add the avatar as manager to use teleports. This to avoid that people who belong, for example, to the group of your tenants can go to any skybox.
  To add someone like manager: click the Controller, choose: CONFIG->MANAGE LIST-> OFFICER->ADD. Now you can choose an avatar from the list (this happens only if the avatar you want to add is near the controller) or write in local chat the name of the avatar you want to add as officer. Keep in mind the system is case sensitive: Jo Gray is not the same of jo gray.
  For new user without surname you have to add "resident" (example: John Resident).

When I have to use the relay?

  Relay is the small balck pad locaded near the House Controller. Right click on it -> edit button, and in General Tab click on the "deed" button. Keep in mind that "deed" is not the same of "share with group". If the Deed button appears grey (you cannot click it) you need to contact your landowner to receive the permission to deed objects with the group, otherwise radio and security will not work in your land. You can be sure that relay is deeded when, editing it, in General Tab the relay owner is "(group owned)".

I have a yellow floating text.

• Something went wrong during the house rezzing. This could be due to the high lag on your region, or due the full chache.
  - Clear your Second Life chache before rezzing the house (me-> preferences-> advanced -> Clear chache button. Then log out Second life and re-log).
  - Use the official SL viewer (some non official viewers can give graphic troubles).
  - Also, try the house un a different sim. It could not work because bad simulator performances. In this case, region needs a restart.
  IMPORTANT: the owner MUST be online during the house rezzing.

I deleted for mistake a scripted part of the house. When rez it again, i have a yellow floating text and the object doesn't works.

• Rez again the object you deleted, click the House Controller and choose: CONFIG->CHAN->CHAN OPEN: this should resynchronize channels.

I use the house for rentals. Can i turn off the security for my tenants?

• No, but you can remove the security feature. Go in the contents of the House Controller, and delete the script named "Menu Plug Security". Security will be no longer active.

ERRORS.

inVerse reVolution - House Controller: Dinamic Channel Error.. Controller: DIN CHANNEL error. Retry

• THIS IS NOT AN ERROR. This happens because the rez-faux rez plugins parts before the controller (unfurtunately, there's no way to avoid this). So the plugins, when rezzed, don't find the controller and stay "freezed" waiting the dinamic channel. Is an error that auto-resolve itself in less than a second, as soon as the rez faux rez the controller.

ERROR: NO PLUGINS FOUND! Contact the Creator of this Building

• This happens if you unlinked the plugins parts of the house. Plugins parts needs to be linked all togheter, if you unlinked a prim, they cannot work properly.
  Just re-rez a new house to solve the issue.

IMPORTANT! REZZING BUGS? DON'T FORGET TO REZ YOUR HOUSE INTO YOUR PROPERTY LINES!

• this is not an error.
  It is a warning message to remember customers to stay inside the properly lines. The message is shown every time you click the rez-faux.

Can't find poser 5.

• It's a debug message that DOESN'T INFERFERE with the proper working of the animations.

ANIMATIONS.

The animations of an item doesn't work.

• -First of all , clear your Second Life chache before rezzing the house (me-> preferences-> advanced -> Clear chache button. Then log out Second life and re-log).
  -Use the key combination CTRL ALT T so see the invisible prim with animation inside and click it.
  -Use the official SL viewer (some non official viewers can give graphic troubles).
  -Also, try the house un a different sim. It could not work because bad simulator performances. In this case, region needs a restart.

MESH HOUSES.

Suddently the number of prims of my mesh house increased.

• Mesh are not like prims.
  House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count.If you resize, unlink or link with something else a mesh, could increase the prims count.
  Of course our houses are mod, so you are able to make modifications, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.

How can i remove the furniture shadows in a mesh house?

• You can't. Furniture shadows are baked in the textures. If you want to customize your house, we provide inside the package also a unfurnished version of the house (without furniture shadows).

My mesh house doesn't load.

• You're using an old viewer. Mesh need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable.

I can't retexture properly my mesh house.

• Indeed you can't. Mesh can be textured only in 3d software. In world you can only change the color.
